Terms and Conditions

By booking at Locutorio Sergey you accept the following terms and conditions of use:

 

BOOKINGS
Reservations can only be made through our website. After booking, in about 20 minutes you will receive an email confirmation with all the information. Don't forget to check the spam folder. If you do not receive this email, you can call us at 635328129.

CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations of one or more reservations for our rooms are only possible by email a Locutoriosergey@gmail.com or call 635328129.

The cancellation will not entail any charge if it is carried out up to 24 hours before the time of the game. If the cancellation is made less than 24 hours, no refund will be possible. If applicable, the total amount paid will be refunded within 30 business days. 

The Locutorio Sergey team reserves the right to change or cancel a reservation up to 24 hours before game time if certain duly justified circumstances occur. 

 

ARRIVAL AND ENTRY INTO THE ENCLOSURE
 

Maximum punctuality is required. We ask that you arrive 10 minutes before your reservation so that we can receive you, so that you can store your belongings and so that we can explain the rules and history of the game to you. bb3b-136bad5cf58d_

If players arrive 15 or more minutes late from their reserved game time, they will be deducted from game time. However, if the delay exceeds 30 minutes, entry will not be allowed and the game will be canceled as if the players did not show up at all. If the players do not appear, the payment will not be returned in any case.

 

THE GAME
 

To guarantee the safety and fun of our players at Locutorio Sergey, they will adhere to the rules of conduct and the following conditions:

  1. The consumption of food and drink in our facilities is prohibited.

  2. Smoking is strictly prohibited in our rooms and facilities. 

  3. It is strictly forbidden to take photos inside the game rooms.

  4. The game rooms are equipped with video cameras and audio equipment to monitor the progress of the participants and to establish communication between them and the game masters. These equipments will not record image or audio of the participants. 

  5. The use of brute force is not required in any of our rooms.

  6. The use of brute force is prohibited, as well as extracting or taking anything from within the room.

  7. We also recommend that you come with more or less comfortable clothes.

  8. Locutorio Sergey's team reserves the right of admission to the facilities or to any of the game rooms if certain circumstances arise that may pose a danger to the players or to the workers or to the game rooms._cc781905-5cde-3194- bb3b-136bad5cf58d_

  9. If you come under the influence of alcoholic or similar substances, you will not be allowed to enter the venue or the game.

  10. Players agree to respect the room and the objects inside.

  11. Players agree to bear the costs of anything that has been broken due to misuse or failure to comply with the instructions explained before the game, or those that may be added by the game masters before starting to play.

  12. From Locutorio Sergey Escape Room we ask you to respect the room and the game, so that more teams can continue enjoying it in the future.

Perfection of the contract

This contract is considered perfected after the client has completed the RESERVA  form through the website and accepted the Terms of Service.

In the event of a contract concluded exclusively by means of an exchange of electronic mail or other similar telematic means, it will not be necessary to receive the acceptance of the contract, as provided in Law 34/2002 on Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce. , article 28.3 b), such contract being fully valid and effective.

 

Contract period

This contract ends once the COMPANY has completed the provision of the service (celebration of the escape game).  However, the contract may end due to early cancellation. Once the contractual relationship has ended, the COMPANY  will proceed with the data provided, in accordance with the regulations on data protection.

 

 Economic aspects of the contract

The price of the services provided by THE COMPANY will be that established for each service in the Rates in force at any time, accessible and visible rates on the website www.locutoriosergey.es.  As far as price is concerned, THE COMPANY determines that:

The prices may be modified at any time, without prior notice, said modification being binding for the parties from their incorporation to the aforementioned website, in the section called RESERVATIONS.

The prices indicated in the RESERVATIONS section will be, except for another notice, with VAT included.

 

5.- Mode of access to the service.

Once the reservation has been made, the company will send an email with the necessary data to access the service and your reservation. A period of 48 hours is established from the reservation request to notify all the details. If after the aforementioned period no contact is made with the client, the contract will be automatically canceled and therefore the reserved date will be free for another user.

 Early cancellation  by the customer.

The client may proceed to cancel the reservation if he communicates it more than 48 hours in advance of the effective provision of the service (holding the game) in this case, it will be returned, if any,  an amount paid .

The refund of the amount will be made to the same bank account from which the CLIENT made the transfer. In those cases in which the payment has been made through a cash deposit in the client's account, the refund will be made in cash at the company's address, upon presentation by the client of proof of payment.

 Terms of Service and Liability for Breach

THE COMPANY adopts all the necessary technical measures and acts diligently and in good faith so that the performance of the contracted service is effective. This notwithstanding, THE COMPANY  states that:

It is not considered responsible in case of defects and inaccuracies in the information and data provided by THE CLIENT.

The CLIENT undertakes not to demand any responsibility from THE COMPANY  for damages arising from errors and/or incorrectness or inaccuracy in the information and data provided as indicated in the previous section.

The CLIENT must provide truthful information, and it is also their obligation to notify THE COMPANY  by email of any change or modification of such data so that THE COMPANY  can comply with the principle current of them.

The CUSTOMER also undertakes to have carefully read these general conditions and acknowledges that, where appropriate, they freely and voluntarily accept them.

THE COMPANY is not responsible for any damage that may be caused by the incorrect functioning of the website due to technical causes beyond its control and expressly declining any responsibility in the event of a malfunction of the computer, telematic or electrical network.

The responsibility of THE COMPANY for compensation of damages and interests for damages caused by gross negligence, will not exceed in any case the price paid by the CLIENT for the service in which the incident was caused.

Regarding the contracted services and insofar as they depend on an external connection, THE COMPANY is not responsible for line drops, erroneous or failed connections, as well as any fortuitous circumstance and/or force majeure that makes it impossible to provide the contracted service to the CLIENT. .

Subsistence of the contract

If any of the clauses of this contract were declared null and void or voidable, it will be considered as not set, maintaining the rest of the contract its binding nature and validity between the parties.

 Resolution

THE COMPANY  will terminate this contract in the event of breaches by the CLIENT. In such a case, the CLIENT will not have the right to any claim or compensation. For such purposes, THE COMPANY  will communicate in writing reasoned, to the email provided by the CLIENT said resolution, being able to proceed without any other requirement to suspend access to the service contracted by the CLIENT, without prejudice to the start claims for non-payment or damages that may correspond to THE COMPANY  against the CLIENT.

12. Data protection and image rights

By signing this contract, the client accepts the conditions found on the websitewww.locutoriosergey.comon data protection and image rights of the facilities located at Calle Gregorio Espín nº 10 in Granada.

14. Submission

For the resolution of any judicial controversy derived from the interpretation and/or fulfillment of this contract, the parties, waiving any other general or special jurisdiction that may correspond to them, submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Granada.
